My Story
I am passionate about helping children, parents, educators, and professionals discover their true potential. For over two decades, I have worked with educational institutions, families, and organizations, positively impacting thousands of lives through education, mentoring, career guidance, leadership development, and conscious parenting. Guided by over a decade of practice in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I integrate the science of human behaviour, communication, and personal transformation into my work. At the heart of my approach is my flagship L.I.F.E. Framework—a practical methodology that empowers individuals to learn, grow, and thrive with purpose at every stage of life.
My mission is to help people grow with purpose from childhood to lifelong learning.

My Conscious Parenting Journey
I never imagined that becoming a father would change me more than it would change my children.
For over two decades, I have worked in education. I have met thousands of students, spoken to parents, mentored young professionals, and spent years understanding psychology, neuroscience, and human behaviour. I thought I understood child development.
Then Magizhini was born.
Everything I had learnt suddenly became deeply personal.
When our second child, Madhav, came along, my wife and I made one of the most important decisions of our lives—we decided not to build our children around our careers, but to consciously design our careers and our lives around our children.
That decision changed everything.
It changed how we spend our evenings.
How we travel.
How we celebrate weekends.
How we choose schools.
How we buy books instead of toys.
How we plan our work.
How we define success.
Today, our home is filled with bedtime stories, nature walks, book exhibitions, conversations under old trees, gardening, questions that have no immediate answers, and moments that can never be repeated.
I’ve learnt that parenting isn’t about having the right answers.
It’s about being present enough to ask better questions.
Some of my greatest lessons have come from simply watching my children.
Watching Magizhini water a tiny plant with complete care.
Watching her spend twenty minutes observing an ant.
Watching Madhav discover the joy of turning the pages of a book.
Watching them laugh over something adults would never notice.
Children have a beautiful way of slowing us down.
Over the years, neuroscience, psychology, and more than a decade of practicing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) have helped me understand the science behind behaviour. But my children continue to teach me something that no textbook ever could—that before children need to be corrected, they need to be understood.
I don’t see parenting as a project to perfect a child.
I see it as a lifelong invitation to become a better human being.
Every tantrum asks me to be calmer.
Every “why” challenges me to stay curious.
Every bedtime story reminds me that connection matters more than perfection.
This journey has convinced me of one simple truth:
The greatest gift we can give our children is not a perfect childhood, but parents who are willing to keep growing alongside them.
This is my journey.
Not as an expert.
Not as someone who has figured it all out.
But as a father, an educator, and a lifelong student of human development—learning one beautiful day at a time
“Parenting isn’t the art of raising children. It’s the lifelong journey of raising ourselves while they quietly teach us how.”
